Do I have to pay anything when I go away for a couple of days?


No. You pay only when you use our cleaning service. We require 24 hours notice before you go away, the date of your last visit before you go and the date of your first cleaning when you are back.

Do you cover my area?


KD Cleaning Services covers the Greater London area.

Are your cleaners insured?


Yes, all of our cleaners are covered by our comprehensive public liability cover.

Who pays the cleaner?


KD Cleaning Services company policy is that you pay us and we pay the cleaner.
Using this system of payment avoids any penalties and claims being lodged against you by the Inland Revenue if you were to pay the cleaner direct.

Can I meet the cleaner first?


Yes, you surely can. KD Cleaning Services will arrange a meeting with the cleaner at your house at a convenient for you time. It is a good practice to meet the cleaner and discuss your priorities.

Do I need to be at home during the cleaning process?


No, it is not necessary. Our cleaners are experienced and reliable. You can leave them to clean on their own in your house.

What will happen if my cleaner is off sick or on holiday?


KD Cleaning Services will contact you to arrange temporary cover should your regular cleaner is unable to come to you for any reason.

What happens if I move house?


KD Cleaning Services will transfer your account to another address in London area.

Do I need to pay extra if I want the cleaner to clean at the weekend?


No, the rate of pay for the cleaner is the same even during the weekends.

What happens if I do not need the cleaner for a short-period of time?


If you do not need the cleaner for a period of one month or longer, KD Cleaning Services  will freeze your account. When you want you can re-start your service.

What residential cleaning services do you provide?


We provide a general cleaning service for homes and commercial properties, including one-off cleans, and an oven cleaning service.
